I have always loved health & fitness, since starting Lana Jane Fitness in 2015 I have been privileged to see many individuals enhance their lives through exercise!
Working specifically in womens fitness is something I am incredibly passionate about. Women's bodies are something special, they change and evolve with age (and hormones). From pregnancy bumps, to postnatal baggage, and all the way to menopause, our bodies don't stop changing.
