Over my six years as a personal trainer, I have realised there are four key things that work time and time again, and they are not quick fixes or flashy gadgets. You can't buy these things on Amazon, they have to be honed by scrutinising your goals, believing in yourself and investing time in yourself. I see it as my mission to prove that becoming fit and healthy doesn't need to be about the latest craze, the most popular gadget or the top celebrity diet.
