Lana has been my personal trainer for the last few months. And I have been so pleased with the transformation. I've lost 10% body fat and lots of inches around my stomachs, legs and bum. Even though I haven't lost loads of weight you can really notice the difference in my cloths, as I'm so much more toned now. Lana doesn't just help motivate me with my exercise she has also given me a nutrition plan to help me stick to healthy eating. She is always at the end of the phone whether it's for some advice, motivation or just to give me ideas on what to have for dinner. I would definitely recommend her.

I usually struggle to find the enjoyment in exercise, and therefore usually lack quite a bit of motivation, but Lana's bootcamps have been amazing.Lana makes sure to cater for all fitness levels, and helps to change any exercises to suit your own needs. It is a fun and friendly atmosphere with a hint of competition for those who want to step it up! Lana is so encouraging and welcoming, and makes sure everyone feels at ease and gets the most out of each session.I would highly recommend her bootcamp to anyone and everyone to add a bit of fun and expertise to your exercise regime!

Lana is amazing, she makes working out really fun whilst getting a proper high intensity work out. She ensures all muscle groups are targeted with different exercises. She has been my personal trainer for a few months now, she has developed a personalised plan so she can follow and improve my progression. She is very knowledgeable on both nutrition and fitness and she is also very approachable. If you want to get fit, healthy and have some fun, she's your person!!
