Personal Training sessions provide a great foundation for an effective and sustainable lifestyle change. All training session, just like you, are unique and tailored to suit your own personal needs and goals. It is all about providing you with the tools, knowledge, skills, and motivation to understand how, when and why to exercise.
Sessions are available at SW20 Training Zone (Raynes Park), in nearby green space, or in your own home. If you are a pair, 3 or a 4 and wish to train together you can sign up for Small Group Training sessions - this works best if your training goals and experience level are similar.

Long gone are the days when women were told to rest and put their feet up during their pregnancy.
Correct implementation of physical activity during and after pregnancy are now encouraged to help promote a healthy and happy pregnancy, birth and motherhood. Exercise intensity and recommendations vary depending on a number of factors such as how fit you were before your pregnancy, how hectic your lifestyle is and your medical history.
As your trainer I will be there to advise and guide you safely through your pregnancy, and beyond. I can help you optimise the way you move, how you eat and how you feel. Every woman, pregnancy, birth and postnatal period are different, therefore the key to successful pre and postnatal training is working together to ensure safe and effective practice that will keep you (and your expanding family) fit, healthy and happy!
Nutrition for sport & health
What we eat is the fuel for our bodies to survive, what we eat literally ends up making up each intricate part of our bodies, its functions and all our cells.
Without appropriate nutrition (no fad diets here!) becoming physically fit, self-confident and healthy is nigh-on- impossible.
Nutrition advice comes built in when you buy a training package, however stand alone nutrition advice for weight loss or sports training is also available.

The prime purpose of sports massage therapy is to help alleviate the stress and tension which builds up in the body’s soft tissues during physical activity.
Above all, it can help prevent those niggling injuries that so often get in the way of performance and achievement, whether you are an athlete, a once a week jogger, or someone who does not participate in sport, being pain and tension free is important.
Anyone can benefit from sports massage, including people in physically demanding jobs and office workers (occupational, emotional and postural stress may produce many similar characteristics to sports injuries).
